The 530bb I liked in every aspect, (with the exception of price of course). Their was really no lag whatsoever. None. Very much comparable Lag-wise to sport 500's with a much stronger punch. The GT28R has lag although minimal and that was the first thing I noticed when we did the changeover to the GT28R's. I was kinda like hmmm. I just didnt expect it. I do have all supporting mods to alleviate lag as much as possible with the exception of leader gears. I should note also I do NOT have mani's. The curve was awesome and on the dyno it produced with the 530's on pump gas at 18psi right around the same as my car did with these GT28R'S which is 429rwhp and 472 rwhp on race gas @ 24 psi. I do have graphs and charts for each dyno run and have yet to post them. Ash tuned both setups and the a/f was perfect. Also note it is a stock motor. I will have to post a comparo once I get the time to do so..I have had a couple diff requests and I will oblige. To me, It seems as though the 530's had more punch. Just speaking bang for the buck though, I would get the GT28R. $1000 cheaper and very VERY similar if you can deal with a little lag. I will post a graph of both runs asap. Hope this helps alittle without the graphs and power curves.
